House of the Dragon is The Most Pirated Show of 2022

Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon received critical acclaim from both the viewers and the critics. 

According to cnbc “House of the Dragon’ draws nearly 10 million viewers, making it the largest premiere in HBO history. The first episode of “House of the Dragon” was seen by 9.986 million viewers across linear and HBO Max platform on Sunday night. This is the largest audience of any new original series in the history of HBO.”

Unfortunately almost the first half of the season was leaked in piracy sites as well as the stories being leaked in various forums before the episodes even being released. 

If not for this high volume of piracy the viewership numbers of House of The Dragon could’ve become a lot more than what it is.
